Beautiful necklace inspired by the pomegranate, and by the pomegranate bells adorning the hem of the High Priest’s robe during the Tabernacle and Temple periods. 14k gold, set with diamonds. The pomegranate is one of the seven species mentioned in the Torah as God’s blessing of the Holy Land – “a land of wheat and barley, and vines and fig-trees and pomegranates; a land of olive trees and honey” (Deuteronomy 8:8). The pomegranate symbolizes abundance and blessing. In biblical times and today, pomegranate trees are common in the Shiloh area.
